LVT friendly states

This thread is a request.

I would like to know if your state allows municipalities to impliment the LVT tax.

I want to start a side bar on the left side of this site containing two things:

1.) LVT friendly states and LVT unfriendly states and
2.) elected or running Politicians that are known to be LVT friendly

I want to know for sure and not hearsay. Thanks for your help on this project.
