New York Tax Cuts (cont)

I refer the people of Upstate Blogs to my post from yesterday. Faso's plan will do nothing for buisnss and will ultimatly cost us jobs, while Spitzers plan shifts the taxes on land towards tax on labor - not a very good idea.
